Grandpa's 70th

 We had a Hunt gathering a few weeks ago to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday and to see of my brother Andy before he left for Afghanistan. We had a lovely time while the kids loved playing with their cousins. We then went to the Chilson swimming pool and thoroughly wore out the kids...and adults too!

 Beckett was being a stinker and wouldn't get in the group picture...so here is his picture.

On the drive home everyone was a little sleepy!

Colorado State Fair

 Here is just a cute picture...not at the State Fair!

 Brandon got us tickets to the State Fair in Pueblo by winning them on the radio....we had a great time and stayed up super late!

 The petting zoo was fun, however I think they must have sedated the animals because they were acting very lethargic.

First Day of School 2012

Taylor started 2nd Grade with Mrs. Fitzgibbons and Callie started Kindergarten with Mrs. Cook.

Bishop's Castle

 Just 10 minutes away from the San Isabel reservoir is Bishop's Castle...it's pretty amazing since one man has built it all by himself. It's also a bit scary with small children since there are plenty of opportunities for them to fall  from many stories up in the air.
